Returns
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, whether it’s a product that arrives damaged, defective, or simply not what you expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
To start the return process, please reach out to our team at contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Once we receive your request, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
Conditions for Returns:
- The item must be unused, unassembled, and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must also be in the original packaging, including any accessories or tools that came with it.
- Custom-made or personalized kits cannot be returned, unless there is an issue such as damage or a manufacturing defect.
We do recommend you carefully inspect your diamond painting kit upon arrival to ensure everything is in order before you start your project.
How to Return Your Item: After you contact us and your return is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end (in which case, we’ll cover the return shipping).
Refunds
Once we’ve received your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions stated above. This process usually takes a few days. After the inspection, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your payment account.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This could happen if:
- The item is returned after 30 days but within a reasonable timeframe.
- The returned item is damaged or not in its original condition for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different product (for example, a different design or size), please let us know. Exchanges are easy, and we’ll assist you in making the switch. Just keep in mind that any additional shipping costs related to the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable to ensure the health and safety of our customers:
- Custom diamond painting kits: These are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items: Items purchased during a sale or clearance are considered final and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
We work hard to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, but we know that accidents can happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or there’s a manufacturing defect, we’re here to help!
Please contact us as soon as possible (within 7 days of delivery) and include a photo of the damaged product along with your order details. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund based on your preference, and we’ll cover all shipping costs for returns or replacements related to damage or defects.
Cancellations
Changed your mind about your order? If you need to cancel your order, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we’ll be happy to cancel and issue a full refund. If your order has already been processed or shipped, you may need to follow the return process.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: DJ Den Hartoglaan 72 Diemen.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
